How it works
Contact me to explain your computer, tablet, or smart phone challenge. I will call you back to discuss and better understand the challenge. Then I will visit you at home, or we can meet elsewhere. I will talk you through what I am doing as I go. If the challenge is something outside my experience I will say so, in which case there would be no charge and I will suggest others who may be able to assist.

Charges
$80 per hour
Minimum half-hour charge
- No travel time fee
- No charge to talk it over first
- No charge if the job is outside my experience
- No charge if a problem isn't resolved and no solution provided
Payment by cash or bank transfer at the time of service. Credit cards are not accepted.
Common questions
Do you come to my home?
Yes. I visit you at home on the Bellarine Peninsula or in Geelong, or we can meet at another agreed place. There is no travel time fee.
How much does it cost?
$80 per hour, with a minimum half-hour charge. There is no charge to talk it over first.
What if you can't fix the problem?
There's no charge if the job is outside my experience, or if a problem isn't resolved and no solution provided. I may suggest someone else who could possibly assist.
Which devices do you help with?
Windows, Mac and Linux computers, Apple and Android (eg Samsung) smart phones and tablets, printers and Wi-Fi.
How do I pay?
By cash or bank transfer at the time of service. Credit cards are not accepted.
